Delicious Gourmet Eats, Fresh Daily Since 2012.

It all started in 2012 with a tiny food trailer — the beginning of something big. Today, that little trailer has grown into a 29-foot Winnebago with a 19-foot kitchen.

We cook everything fresh and focus on bold, memorable flavor. Our story begins with our Award-Winning Grilled PB&J with roasted pecans — the sandwich that took home Judges’ Choice at The Great NYS Fair Food Truck Competition.

From there, we’ve expanded into gourmet grilled cheese made with our signature Lunchbox Sauce. From classic to spinach and tomato, apple-cheddar-bacon to buffalo chicken wing dip, these melts are customer favorites for a reason.

We also serve fresh burgers, turkey clubs, chicken bacon ranch pitas, and our crowd-pleasing Philly cheesesteak. You’ll find gourmet cranberry turkey and chicken Caesar wraps on the menu, plus our house-made tomato bisque and famous chili.

As demand grew, we opened our new café at 663 Old Liverpool Road, Liverpool NY, offering both indoor and outdoor dining.

And of course, our food truck is still rolling — with a full catering division ready for any event.
